tantrums

Just had to leave a party early b/c Andrew threw the mother of all tantrums (so far, anyway.) Sarah stood in the wings and watched. No doubt she was critiquing his strategy and execution. Perfecting it. Like · · June 11, 2011 at 7:25pm via mobile Hollie Wood Blair, Elaine Dittmer, Eliz Wiggins and 2 others like this. enunciation

Again with Sarah's enunciation. "Poo Poo" and "Froot Loops" sound the identical. You can imagine the potential problems here. Especially at breakfast time. twitter

finds Twitter very frustrating. I need to Tweet with UPS about the delivery of electronics, stacked in my exposed driveway, when there is shade and obscurity 10 feet to the left. Anyhoo, I can't seem to get my Tweet on. Is it really so complicated? That little bird had better watch out. Click click . . . Just kidding! I wouldn't shoot that little Tweet Bird. He's kinda cute. I'd let the cats have him, though. Meow. Like · · June 10, 2011 at 1:20pm Elaine Dittmer and Cindy Childress like this. Lisa Anselmo I love Steve martin's tweets. gag gift

Doesn't like it when I buy something pretty for the house and my husband looks at it and says, "Did you get a gag gift today?" :) Like · · June 9, 2011 at 9:44am Mandy Blumenfeld and Keyvan Neal like this. sweaty m&ms

Just ate some greasy, sweaty m&m's. Didn't realize those little guys had pores and I was a little disoriented at first. I kept eating, though, and it all worked out. They were equally delicious in their slippery, effusive state. Like · · June 9, 2011 at 4:20pm Elaine Dittmer, D'Anne Gorman Fodor, Cindy Childress and 2 others like this.

yucky corn

Deciphering Sarah's words is especially dicey in the morning when I'm still half-asleep. This morning she kept telling me that she wanted yucky corn for breakfast. She likes corn, so this didn't make sense to me, but, I'm open-minded. Turns out she wanted Lucky Charms. Magically delicious. chef inspired recipe

‎. . . "Made With a Chef-Inspired Recipe" . . . really? Big Food Corporation couldn't hire a chef to give his blessing to the food so they could market it as "Made With A Chef's Unique Recipe"? My food standards are pretty low, but I like my boxed, frozen food accompanied by descriptions that are less vague. Maybe I should just get some hot dogs. At least I know what's in them . . . . Hahahaha! Like · · June 7, 2011 at 7:22pm Cinthya Cerda and Elaine Dittmer like this.

dinos

Last week, Andrew made a book in summer camp. It supposed to be about bears, so the text on the last page says, "One day a bear came and scared all the people and dragons away and then soon everything was eaten and he got as big as a T-Rex. The End." It all comes back to dinosaurs. Like · · June 6, 2011 at 12:26pm Elaine Dittmer, Keyvan Neal and 2 others like this. Pamela Schultz The boy knows what he likes.
